As a Padel Court Staff, you’ll be the face of our courts, welcoming guests, managing bookings, and ensuring our facilities are in top shape. You’ll work closely with our team to maintain high standards of service and court condition. This role offers a unique blend of sports, hospitality, and customer service, with opportunities for growth and development.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage court bookings, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Maintain and clean padel courts, nets, and equipment to ensure they are in excellent condition.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, such as updating booking systems and maintaining records.
- Promote our padel courts and special events to attract more guests.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
- Familiarity with sports, particularly padel, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of administrative tasks and booking systems is beneficial.
- Physical fitness to assist with court maintenance and equipment handling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Friendly, approachable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
