📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase catering revenue for weddings and events.
• Manage a team of sales executives, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure high performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, wedding coordinators, and clients.
• Oversee the planning and execution of catering services for weddings, ensuring high-quality food and beverage offerings.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for food service operations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu options and special dietary accommodations.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in catering and event services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering sales, event management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing catering sales teams and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of the catering industry, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
