📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide comprehensive medical care to employees and their families, including routine check-ups, diagnostics, and treatment of illnesses and injuries.
• Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate medications and treatments.
• Develop and implement health education programs to promote wellness and preventative care among employees.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and sterilized.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in family medicine.
• Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients, fostering a supportive and trusting relationship.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility for board certification in Family Medicine from the Philippine Board of Physicians.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Family Medicine or a related field.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical software.
• A valid license to practice medicine in the Philippines.
