📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting comprehensive physical examinations and providing accurate diagnoses based on patient history and clinical findings.
• Prescribing appropriate medications and treatments, ensuring patient adherence to prescribed regimens.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as blood work, X-rays, and other imaging studies.
• Providing patient education and counseling on health management, preventive care, and disease management.
• Collaborating with nurses, support staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care.
• Documenting patient encounters and maintaining accurate medical records in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Staying abreast of the latest medical advancements and best practices to ensure high-quality patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine from an accredited medical school.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a primary care or general practice setting.
• Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as SIRS or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
