📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage the accounts payable process, including payment approvals, disbursements, and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and payments in our ERP system, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, negotiate payment terms, and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor payment cycles and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Prepare and analyze reports to track accounts payable metrics and trends.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
