📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, API documentation, and other technical content.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical support to customers and users through documentation and other channels.,Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with version control systems, such as Git.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
