📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of health center facilities.,Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct regular site inspections to assess the condition of facilities and identify areas for improvement.,Manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure efficient operations.,Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to source materials and equipment.,Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Maintain and update technical documentation and records.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of engineering projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in the healthcare sector.,Proven experience in project management and team leadership.,Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
