Singapore Children's Society is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Residential Care Associate to join our team at Sunbeam Place in Badung, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide daily care and support to children and youth in residential care, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.,Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with the care team and relevant stakeholders.,Monitor and report on the progress of children and youth, identifying areas for improvement and support.,Promote a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages personal growth and development.,Collaborate with the care team to organize and facilitate group activities, outings, and therapeutic interventions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children and youth's care and progress.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential care for children and youth.,Strong understanding of child development and psychology.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in child and youth care.,Commitment to the mission and values of Singapore Children's Society.
