📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for key accounts in the flavor business.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business development.,Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals and post-sale support.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen business relationships and network with industry peers.,Provide regular updates to management on key account performance and sales trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the flavor or food industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the flavor industry, including market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems is a plus.
