📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients.,Provide expert advice on retail products, pricing, and promotions.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
