XCEL Mandiri is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead QC Staff to join our team in Gunung Kidul. As a Lead QC Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services through effective quality control processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control processes and standards.,Monitor and evaluate quality control activities to ensure compliance with established standards.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and guidance to QC team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records and reports.,Ensure that all quality control activities are conducted in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with a proven track record in leading QC teams.,Strong knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.
