In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice to the management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management team.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Manage the accounting team and provide guidance and support to team members.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax laws.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis tools.
