📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces to ensure a spotless environment.
• Assist guests with their needs, such as preparing and serving premium beverages, arranging special requests, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are stocked with amenities and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the resort.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
• Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and resort policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or butler services in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and protocols.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
