📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the restaurant's performance and profitability.,Manage and mentor the restaurant's management team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure the restaurant's image and reputation are maintained at the highest standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing profitability.,Familiarity with industry software and technology tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs, as well as the local market.
