DSAP Group is seeking a dedicated Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our horticulture estate in Bangka Belitung. The Estate Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the estate, including crop production, labor management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the horticulture estate, ensuring efficient and productive farming practices.,Manage and supervise a team of workers, providing training and support to ensure high performance and safety standards.,Monitor crop health and production levels, implementing necessary measures to optimize yield and quality.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve estate efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess estate performance and identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Prepare and submit regular reports to management on estate performance, including financial and operational metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate management, particularly in the horticulture industry.,Strong knowledge of farming practices, crop production, and agricultural technologies.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of workers, with a focus on training and development.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting for agricultural operations.,Understanding of industry regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.,Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
