📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis related to HR metrics.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering good relationships with employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.,Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
