Berkah Putri Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Deputy Distribution Officer to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. As a Deputy Distribution Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of medical supplies and equipment within our facility. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies to various departments. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment.,Manage and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines regarding medical supply distribution.,Assist in the organization and planning of medical supply distribution activities.,Monitor and report on supply distribution performance and identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply distribution policies and procedures.,Provide support to the Distribution Officer in managing the distribution team and ensuring smooth operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply distribution policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical supply distribution or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management and record-keeping.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines regarding medical supply distribution.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
