📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that inspire creativity and artistic expression.,Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.,Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and enriching learning environment.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in art and design education.,Organize and participate in school events, workshops, and exhibitions to showcase student work.,Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages diverse perspectives and ideas.,Promote the integration of Islamic values and principles in the art and design curriculum.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of student attendance, grades, and participation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Art and Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an art and design-related field.,Strong knowledge of art and design principles, techniques, and theories.,Ability to create and manage lesson plans, assessments, and student portfolios.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and community members.,Familiarity with educational technology and digital tools for art and design instruction.,Commitment to promoting Islamic values and principles in the classroom.
