📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and guidance to the IT team,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures,Train and mentor junior IT staff,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT solutions,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks,Experience with IT security and risk management,Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
